Ski-Doo Drops a Limited Edition Summit Snowmobile, Comes With Everything You Need
Now that's a package...wait.

Safe to say that I'm a fan of Ski-Doo's snowmobiles. After having the brand's backcountry sled for a spell last season, and riding with one of the company's pros a few times, I can attest that the snowmobiles are seriously good machines.

However, there's always room for improvement.

While the snowmobiles Ski-Doo produces comes complete with everything you'd need to get riding, there are a few choice accessories the brand, as well as the aftermarket, makes that riders can benefit from. And with the market being as tough as it is right now, i.e. consumers watching how they spend their hard-earned cash more and more, Ski-Doo decided it would offer something right from the factory that meets everyone's needs.

Say hello to the Limited Edition Summit Adrenaline with Edge Package.

The sled in question is the brand's Summit backcountry snowmobile, featuring a slimmer, but longer track to make powder and deep snow riding all the easier. It's powered either by a naturally aspirated 850cc two-stroke E-TEC motor or a turbocharged two-stroke E-TEC which absolutely rips and sounds bananas. You'll also get Ski-Doo's SHOT electric starter. But all that remains the same from the rest of the Summit Adrenaline's lineup. Where this Special Edition differs is in what else is included.

“This snowmobile brings huge value to buyers with all the best features like clean running E-TEC engines, short tunnel for easy handling and a deep snow rider’s best friend, SHOT starting, plus the hottest accessories,” said Elsa Vilarinho, BRP Global Director, Marketing, Snowmobiles and On-Road. Those accessories include; a new Carbon Black color with Spartan Red accents, a Soft Glove Box Extension, the LinQ 3-gallon Fuel Caddy, a Deep Snow Ultra Lightweight Seat w/integrated belt holder, flexible hand guards, and an adjustable brake lever. All of which are usually extra and require you to spec them at purchase.

Customers will be able to spec their Limited Edition Summit Adrenalines in three ways, an 850 E-TEC with the 154 x 2.5 in. track, an 850 E-TEC with the 165 x 3.0 in. track, and the 850 E-TEC Turbo R with the 165 x 3.0 in track. The latter is the one I rode last season and can attest to its insanity and capability, even though I let it down more than once.

According to Ski-Doo, production has already begun on these sleds and should be showing up to dealerships pretty soon, but obviously in limited quantities. As for price, Ski-Doo has it listed for $16,549, which ain't bad for what you're getting and how freakin' capable this machine is.

But if you don't want to spend the extra dough on a 2025 snowmobile, like its sister brand Can-Am, Ski-Doo is currently offering up to $2,000 off any of its 2024 snowmobiles. So either way, you're getting something solid and for the right price.

Who's ready to ride already, though? I know my hand is raised.
